TechMind Research society provides a recognized platform to host conference papers which can be accessed free of cost in any part of the world. All proceedings appear online within 2 weeks of acceptance. Conference proceedings are accepted for publication based on the assurance that the papers meet the quality standards, are original and have not been published elsewhere. The proceedings do not form part of regular issues as they may contain inconclusive current issues and continuing work. They are published separately.
If you plan to publish with us, you must work with authors to deliver the papers in TMR template.
Provide authors with the instructions to create TMR Compliant papers. Paper template is available on the website.
Ensure all papers have been screened for possible plagiarized content.
Confirm that each author has signed and submitted the copyright form for each paper to be published.
Authors must transfer the copyright of their individual papers to organizing authority.
The organizing authority would sign the TMR conference proceedings Copyright form.
The transfer is to be made prior to publication.
The conference proceedings are published without charging any publication fee.
TMR can decline to publish the conference proceedings that do not meet its quality standards.
Do not claim or guarantee that any papers will be indexed in any database. Indexing services evaluate conferences and independently determine what they will index.
Each conference determines their policy for papers that are accepted. If you decide that non-presented papers will not be published, then you must clearly communicate this to authors prior to the conference.
If you agree to the above terms and conditions, you will be asked to fill the proposal template.
